This class is set to motivating music and includes a warm-up, aerobic/anaerobic components, cool down, and stretching. This class requires individuals to sign up at the front desk. |  |
| Fitball | This class uses a Fitness Ball to improve strength and endurance of your core and other major muscles. Please note that Fitballs are on a first come basis. Please feel free to bring your own ball. Great for anybody! |  |
| Floor Aerobics | This low impact aerobics class uses fun and entertaining choreography. Strengthen your heart and muscles in this moderate to intense workout uses no jumping type movements. This is a great class for all! |  |
| H.A.B.I.T. | This class involves muscular training for the Hips, Abs, Buns, Inner & Outer Thighs. Get in the habit of coming to this class to improve your lower body strength and endurance! All fitness levels are welcome. |  |
